Meet Cindy

Along side of a high-end designer, Cindy started designing spaces in her 20’s in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Her mentor turned friend, Ken, took her under his wing – showing her all he knew – starting with the basics of drawing, measuring and general room configuring. With these skills, along with her strong passion and knack for learning, she ventured out on her own and got hired by a tiny mill shop where she designed and sold many kitchens and bathroom cabinets. She also became an industry leader by being one of the first to take the pencil & graph-paper drawings and turned them into computerized renderings.

After 3 years with that company, she was offered a new position where she worked out in the field with larger contractors on accounts ranging from new construction to remodels. 

In 1995, Cindy’s longing for less snow & more sun motivated her to venture southwest to Phoenix where she worked for a large kitchen and bath showroom. During her time there, Cindy noticed a larger need for an all-in-one remodeling company & process that many of her clients were asking for, as most design showrooms and vendors aren’t licensed contractors.

This realization inspired Cindy to become a licensed contractor and start her own business in order to provide her clients with the designs, project management & contractor services all in one place. In 1998, Cindy started her business out of her car, growing it into a beautiful working showroom, where she trained and hired other designers.

Now, with decades of experience, she uses her knowledge and connections to keep her clients from experiencing the headaches & stress of typical home renovation projects. This foresight saves frustration, aggravation, cost and time.
