To begin, you’ll submit an Inquiry Form with your general project information and contact information. We’ll chat via telephone – where you can ask questions & we’ll schedule an on-site meeting.

We’ll meet in-person at the project site to discuss the project in more detail. We will define the project scope, design preferences, take measurements & specs, etc.

After defining project scope & taking measurments during our on-site meeting, we will design project rendering free of charge and present them to you, along with your project proposal & estimate.

At this point, you’ve seen your project renderings, we have defined the scope of work and you know your project costs. Once the contract is signed, we officially begin by scheduling your project.

We’ll finalize your project timeline and order all the materials, finishes & other necessary items. As your project manager, we'll be the point of contact for all vendors & sub-contractors during your project.

We'll schedule site visits to check the progress of the build or remodel, meet with sub-contractors, and ensure designs are coming to life as planned & ensuring a superior quality of work, every step of the way.

Every detail is perfect & you'll see the full design process come to life. We'll bring a professional photographer to shoot your beautiful new home & leave you to begin making a lifetime of memories.
